"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for toothpaste and they send it to our room fast. Everything was nice and clean, the room was beautiful and good view to the mountain. It was so quiet and the bathroom was fantastic."

"It was a late start to the trip so we got there late and upon checking in. There was a long line because someone was making a fuss about their reservation. My check in was quick but when we got to our room, it reeked of weed! How can they get away with smoking and there were small children on that floor. I immediately called the front desk to get moved and luckily they accommodated. I never had breakfast there before, which was ok but definitely not worth the buffet price they charged. The staff were extremely nice so it made up for it. The $100 they ‘held’ I never got back bc there were charges I never knew that came with it. Overall the stay was ok"
