"After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. As a former housekeeping supervisor, I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be unacceptable. The room appeared disheveled, and the bathroom was notably unclean. This experience was particularly disappointing, as it is the first time I have encountered such conditions at a Holiday Inn, where I have consistently had positive stays in the past."

"The hallways were dirty upon arrival, the room was VERY outdated, the AC did not work so room was extremely hot, the TV did not work at all, the bathroom in the room was nasty, the staff was very snarky once told the room was not as advertised. Would not recommend. "
