You can tell this program was purchased because it promised shorter phone help for us customers but all it did was piss me off. Talks too fast. Gave me wrong information. When I did arrive at the hotel, one clerk aggreed with my assessment and gave me a card with the front desk direct number. "
"The ceramic floor tile in the front lobby is worn in several places and needs to be replaced. Othewise, comfortable bed, nice, roomy bedroom, clean, quiet and pleasant.
