amazing hotel

I have also previously stayed at this hotel a few times. Situated in the centre of the city, this is an excellent hotel. This hotel is fantastic, and the location is perfect for experiencing the city's attractions whether you are there on business or for pleasure. As usual, the space was sleek, contemporary, and spotless. The hotel has a couple of restaurants, a spa, and a pool. The buffet breakfast served was excellent, including a good selection of dishes. The personnel, whether they were serving dinner or working at the reception, was kind and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfy. I'll stay here at this hotel the next time.

The room number 619 that Radisson gave us was not non-smoking. Even after complaining many times, they did not change the room. They only sprayed something after 11 PM. My wife and I could not sleep the entire night, and both of us had severe headaches. After traveling almost 30 hours from America to Ranchi, we expected to get some rest at the hotel, but this turned out to be the worst experience.If this is 5-star, I’m clearly staying in a galaxy far, far away .. I want a refund.

I checked in between Jan 30 -feb1 was checkout , I had booked a suite, I reached the hotel at 11 am from my tiring flight and upon arrival I meet a lady named miss Priya in reception very arrogant when I asked for early checkin she was disrespectful spoke very rudely , I was with my 4 year old son , finally she gave me the room at 1 pm after requesting many times , midnight when I was asleep lot of furniture movement noises inspite I complained the reception still it came , over all it was my worst stay ever I have seen the world but never will I travel to any of the radisson group hotels

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given was a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in both the hallway and the room. Despite notifying the front desk, I saw someone smoking with the door open in the room next to mine the following day. Eventually, I had to change rooms, but the new one was far from what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The facilities were not clean at all; the showerhead was rusted and the bathtub had visible cracks and signs of repairs. During my five-day stay, I ordered an iced Americano with breakfast, and except for one day, I received poorly made coffee. One day, they even brought me a hot latte instead. I had heard that this hotel was the best among those in the area, but I was truly disappointed.

The room I received first had stained duvets and holes in the couch. The walls were stained. The lock on the washroom doors were broken. After complaining to the staff and asking them to change the room twice, then they acquiesced. Again the new room had one dirty and another clean duvet, which I used. The staff was rude when asked for directions for restaurant in the hotel. The staffs in the restaurant were nice though. Next morning I went to ask the reception for a physical 'do not disturb' as there was none in the room. The reception staff behaved as if I was stupid and did not know anything. They asked me to use the switch in the room, which I did but it did not work. I was woken up by cleaning staff knocking and calling on the door, which I had to ask them to come back later. I stayed for a night but had horrible experience. I would not recommend the radisson group to anybody and would not stay here myself either.
