Room had peeling paint and water damage everywhere, missing lights, dirty bathroom, bed linens had holes everywhere.

"Very friendly staff, quiet rooms even though located in busy area in Seminyak. Close to the beach and offers a free shuttle. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting easy access to everything. "

The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! "Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved.
Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."
