The Chia pudding for breakfast was delious. The sheets didn't smell fresh but everything else was clean. Staff is so friendly I am always happy I am there

This hotel is currently undergoing some sorely needed renovations. The flooring in my room was recently replaced, but it didn't seem to be done very well. Lots of soft spots and lifting. One of the stovetop burners didn't work. The iron and toaster both had issues (and were promptly replaced by the staff). The kitchen sink had the hot and cold reversed, and the garbage disposal didn't work. The room, however, was spacious and comfortable enough. The staff were very polite and quick to assist with the issues I encountered.

The staff were excellent. The physical establishment was poor. They need more handicapped rooms. All the rooms need toilets that are more normal in height. Theirs re uncomfortably low. Every other day maid service isunsatisfactory. Every day would be better. The staff, however, were courteous and responsive. We very much appreciated their care for us.

Everything was clean. Many areas appeared to be dated (not updated). Staff was friendly. We were disappointed to learn when we arrived that the king bed we reserved was not available and we were provided with a room with two double beds (smaller than queen size).
