"Awesome location, facility and staff. I plan to stay there every time I visit Fort Meyers."

"Never anyone at the desk. At check-in waited over 10 minutes calling out for someone to appear. Rooms were ok in terms of furnishings and cleanliness but hallways badly in need of vacuuming. Biggest disappointment - NO breakfast at all despite being offered in the listing by Expedia. Coffee only. When asked, the staff claimed supply delivery was "late", but it seems it was missing completely, and I guess no one thought to visit a local supermarket and supply basic breakfast items."

"The staff took great care of us ! The room was perfect and breakfast was very good."

"Clean and quiet"

"breakfast was lacking (No potatoes or hash browns, no options for bacon, more options for cereal, English muffins or biscuits, jelly), options for healthier snacks are needed by the front desk. New batteries are needed in the TV remotes please."

"The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Visitors in the room next to us, had a crying child both nights and last night we heard a couple arguing with each other."

"Great location, clean room. Bathroom could use updating. A couple of mold spots in the shower."

"Excellent stay! Beach towels included but fyi no beach chairs included. Can be rented on beach for $30/day for 2 chairs & umbrella. Screened private balcony. Separate washer & dryer. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and clean unit. Trolley spot nearby. We got groceries delivered from Walmart. Lots of supplies, shampoos, detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc. more can be requested at guest desk. Pool and hot tub clean. Many chairs and lounges, some with umbrellas. They will accept Amazon...
