"Staff was wonderful and kind and the property was right on the beach but the rooms themselves were tucked far back enought that it was still peaceful."

"The resort is located in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and not on the Main Street which was nice. Had a beautiful view and pool. One complaint we had was that the water isn’t safe to drink and they only provided 2 very small water bottles of drinking water per room and it took an act of god it felt like to get more… we have stayed at plenty of resorts where they provide filling stations or unlimited water bottles of water, also we had to pay for water at the pool, no good. "Beautiful place & location, lovely 2 tiered pool. Room was great (NB power is only on 5pm to 10am as use a generator, but not an issue; room stays cool if you keep door & curtains closed - just remember to charge up devices over night if needed). Tonsai is the perfect place to relax as it’s just out of the way enough for the masses to avoid (they stick to Railay & Ao Nang) - here is full of climbers so the beach is relatively empty and restaurants serve big portions of amazing food! "We had a lovey stay at the hotel, it just needed updating. The breakfast was brilliant and the location was fantastic, perfect side to watch a sunrise and very short walk to watch it set on the West side. Rooms were the small problem, it just needs investment as all a little dated. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. "

"This hotel has it all, beaches on both sides, kind and helpful staff, exeptional beach front dining & swimming, eat your morning breakfast or dinner and roll into the sea for a fresh swim, we stayed in the 2nd floor double bed rooms, perfect views of the monkeys playing in the trees with cascading limestone mountains in the distance. This is the most affordable luxury place to stay on Raleigh Beach "

"This was such an amazing stay and I wish I could've stayed for longer! Right near the sea, serene atmosphere and area, so beautiful. The staff, volunteers and guests were all amazing! Cute animals are there too :) Overall just so enjoyable, peaceful and beautiful, close to the pier I needed- very underrated area so it was nice and quiet. Recommend exploring the surrounding area for example coconut beach. I stayed in a dorm and it was nice Thank you!"

"Nice modern accommodation, the host Jackie was very helpful, the rooms are very clean, modern and simple, aircon, fridge, TV - limited English channels, we hired a scooter directly from the hotel which was also very handy. Would stay again "
