"The whole experience, the Riad Manager walks you through everything when you get there. Shows you where and when breakfast is as well as greets you in the morning for breakfast. This is a smaller riad and is busier in the evening when guests are checking in as well as returning for the day so it can be noisy until about 9pm other than that it is very peaceful. "Lovely stay and wonderful property staff.
The night manager even met me when I came back for a tour very late to escort me through the square and Medina.
Only thing I would mention is that if you require very quiet environment you might need another option - however keep in mind you’re in the Medina by choice and a Riad is not a hotel. "

"It felt like nothing went quite right during our stay at this Riad. The room we requested was a double room with two twin beds. We did not receive this and it was not changed to the correct configuration until our 3rd night at the Riad. The beds and room were clean as is expected but the WiFi also had issues starting our 3rd night—we ended up using all of the free data on our phones to compensate.
