"The Morgan San Simeon hotel needs updating it’s clearly been neglected and is in need of a major renovation. The building paint was worn and the fixtures were dated. The condition of the room was pretty rough. The carpet was stained and felt dirty, and the walls were scuffed and marked up, giving the whole place a worn, neglected feel. The bed frame was especially concerning, it was literally held onto the wall with clamps, which made everything feel cheap and poorly maintained rather than...

"Bad experience. False advertisement about the ocean view and balcony. Paid extra for ocean view room w balcony, but it turned out to be a typical for motels second floor walkway to the rooms instead of a bacony, so we were not able to keep curtains open because people were walking by? And so called ocean view was far beyond a busy a d load parking lot, liqueur store, major highway and a coastal bluff. Room was duty and smelly with a stain resembling pet’s poop. "As soon as you got to the property you know its terrible, the pictures online are wrong. I wasn't in the room more than 30 seconds and felt physically ill. Everything was bad from holes in the walls, dirty bedding, dirty floors. I wanted even set my belongings on any surface at this motel. The smell was something eles. We left immediately and thankfully the person at the front desk didn't even question me asking for a refund immediately. Spend the extra $25 and stay somewhere else. You...
