"We were a couple traveling from the United States, both in our later 50s. We ended up not staying in the room. After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. "We had a very pleasant stay at the Cluny Hill hotel. It is simple and good for the price paid per night. We got a double bed private room with a shared toilet/bathroom to another separate room. Each bedroom also has their own sink which is nice. Towels, clean bed linen and a comfortable memory foam mattress. The Hotel was a public building before and you can tell by the usual British carpets, emergency fire doors etc. Just make sure to click the link for check-in, so that the receptionist knows...

"Such a beautiful house, and our room was fantastic. We stayed one night and the breakfast was delicious. No problem parking; the grounds were well kept. Jodi welcomed us, and even helped with dinner reservations. I loved the bathrobe touch, and the room was super cute. The price was a bit high, but we only stayed one night, so no discount for multiple nights . We really liked our short stay, and how close it was to walking to a restaurant."
