From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!"

"Although there were initially issues with the booking as they overbooked and they cancelled, but still being advertised at the hotels.com and when informed the staff at the hotel, stated were unaware of it & will inform the website which they did not, therefore rebooked it through the website. Initially they refused to accommodate for overnight with no choice but fear of bad review then they offered alternative accommodation along with uber return journey and breakfast. "Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything.."
