"I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"This is a really lovely property to stay in. Room was great, well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space and the bathroom is great. Continental breakfast is more than enough and a cooked one is available with an additional cost. Great location, very quiet and walkable from Richmond. I would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was really unique — it felt like such a quintessential UK stay rather than a generic hotel experience. The property had a lot of charm and character, and I really enjoyed my time there. If you’re staying on a Sunday, definitely make sure to go down early for the Sunday roast. It was absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of my stay!"
