the door next door rm 21 dog is barking whole night and day too loud we cant even sleep oe rest, seems like the owner just left the dog in the room alone.

It was nothing like they presented on pictures , we felt like in some third world country, room dark like we step in the tunnel, bed with some sponge drag you in tomorrow back pain and body rushes, tv sits on some table and when you on microwave tv shut off, no door on shower cabin , worse experience ever

There were flying ants in our room probably 15-20 dead and alive and it smelled like someone had smoked in it for a long time the bathroom window was propped open and wouldn’t close the staff was very nice and friendly though

No hot water for shower , sand in the bed , tried to book out twice the next day but nobody in office . Booked two nights but left after the first for obvious reasons and yet still got charged for two nights . Thanks for ripping me off . Stay away from this place !!

Five minute drive from the hot springs. Parking is right in front of your door. Tiny balcony over looks forest, so no view, but I guess it would be good for smokers. Someone had stolen the TV remote so the front desk person came right away with a new one. Our bed frame was coming apart, so they got their handyman on it right away. Overall excellent value for the money.

This was a great place for a quick overnight stop. Staff was super friendly and it’s a clean cute little motel and the Price is right. You’ll read reviews about it being noisy because it’s so close to the highway, those people are light sleepers and need ear plugs. It’s honestly not that bad. Would stay here again!!

I did not like how dirty my room was the decks off the back are falling apart the conditions were almost as bad as Third World countries. Also thank god we had are own sleeping bags and a electric heater cause it was so cold in the room tried to turn the heater in room on but was not in working order all & all not happy

The rooms were only about 50 feet from the highway so Everytime a semi drove past the motel it was loud and almost shook the room.

The outside looks a little worn. The room I was in was renovated was pretty good but the stairs down to it need replacement. Lots of garbage in the bush outback.

I became ill and needed to go home…I went to the hotel…no one in the office at 10 in the morning..apparently the person in charge was in the shower..35 minutes later he was still in the shower..the only staff I saw were the cleaning ladies…I left and came home.

The person who greeted me was very lovely and gave us an upgraded suite. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff that greeted us was soon nice. Would definitely book again and highly recommend. 2 thumbs up.
