I had a wonderful and unique stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis.

Very good hotel

Very nice and charming hotel. Excellent views, food and service. Rooms are average (mattresses and pillows not comfortable). Location is good but nothing surrounds the hotel You can’t walk anywhere. Food is Extremely expensive and pricey, not for locals at all. Not more than 24hrs stay. Spa is very good, mineral and thermal pools, rest is standard.

The housekeeping service was terrible. I called them 9am to have laundry picked up and house keeping. I came back from lunch 4pm and nothing was done. The room kept smelling like sewer pipes for 48hrs. The ac cooling system wasn’t working. Service was slow. It took the waitress 45 min to bring a water bottle at the reasturant. Don’t expect fast room service for food. The phone only calls the reception. Beside the view of the ocean. This hotel service is extremely terrible and slow. Check out was 1hr wait time because they didn’t deliver my laundry that was supposed to be brought up 8am. And check out was 12pm. For the price and expensive fine dining. Service was extremely limited to the luxury that is advertised by the hotel.
