"There was construction going on at the time of our stay, right under our room, or at least seemed that way. After complaining, they changed our room to a different tower. Excellent service and staff."

"Awesome hotel and restaurants. Room service is good. Food was too salty...couldn't eat the soup and the dessert wasn't good; they didn't reimburse us for it. High armed security There are stores and a pharmacy inside the hotel, but also a pharmacy at the corner and nearby restaurants. Be careful of crossing the streets. The hotel provides a shuttle ($) and taxis ($), but you can also order your own Uber. Breakfast is worth the cost of you like diverse foods."

"The hotel is beautiful, nice breakfast, to go breakfast boxes were also great for early departure. Restaurant was delicious! The only negative is the distance from the airport isn't 15-17 minutes. It's 25 without traffic and 30 with so if you're looking for something very close to the airport, there are better options"
