The hotel is located closely to the downtown (as almost everything in Tequisquiapan), the area is very quiet, the pool is clean with a tepid water (though very chloride). The only thing we didn't like was a continental breakfast, which only included a fruit plate with a toast, not even cereals or yogurt.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the room was fine although a little bit noisy. Importantly, the bed was disastrous. Very slippery so it was impossible to keep the bedsheets in place. Limited parking. Breakfast cooker had no idea how to serve over easy eggs. I definitively will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it

El hotel está limpio de las habitaciones pero la alberca deja mucho que desear, las paredes se sienten babosas por lo que deben tener bacterias. En cuanto al personal no nos dieron atención hasta un día y medio después de que no servía su televisor, tampoco el teléfono por lo que teníamos que ir a recepción a pedir cualquier cosa, dice que tiene restaurante pero nunca lo vimos abierto, el estacionamiento es insuficiente. La verdad caro y mala experiencia. No volvería

Cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado no funcionaba lo arreglaron pero nunca enfrió al 100, no había red de comunicación en el teléfono, y tampoco se pudo ver ninguna aplicación de streaming por qué no había red. Las camas solo 1 no estaba nada cómoda, la otra estába pasable. En fin, para lo que cuesta me quedo a de ver.

Mejoraría las habitaciones de manera que el ruido del exterior no entrará a las habitaciones como si las ventanas estuvieran abiertas, me tocó una habitación que daba a la calle principal y todo el ruido lo escuchaba como si estuviera afuera en la calle, escuche todo el ruido del exterior en todo momento y no logré descansar para nada. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones

Tiene cargador eléctrico. Eso fue bueno. Amables en recepción. Creo que precio elevado de 3,000 por una noche. Pero la demanda mandó ese fin de semana de la feria del queso y vino. A 4 cuadras del centro .
