No internet Restaurant is poorly maintained. Air conditioning they have to change 3 rooms. Even the last one doesn't work. I was tired of moving to 4 th one. Not sure how this hotel is even rated with out basic stuff. I am the only guest in entire hotel. That tells most of it.

Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. Our bathroom started to flood because of the jacuzzi next door: warm water and dirt. This happened 11:55 on New Year`s eve. The main desk was empty and the people in charge of security were ... in no condition to help. The only one was a guy working at the party. They didn`t tell us the party was the only way to have dinner so...you can imagine my start of the year. This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Avoid staying here.

El personal muy amable, cálido y atento. La habitación, ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias y con olor agradable. La alberca está climatizada, lo que se agradece, más en tiempo de frío. El paseo a caballo sensacional y a buen precio. El caballerango muy atento y los caballos lindos y bien cuidados. Llevé a mi perrita y estuvo muy contenta al poderla pasear por todas las áreas sin que pongan restricciones, eso sí, hay que ser un dueño responsable y mantener las instalaciones limpias de los desechos de la mascota. El restaurante es muy caro y la comida sin sabor, lo que es un problema porque, al ser una hacienda, se encuentra lejos ( a 30 minutos en auto) del poblado grande cercano, donde puedes buscar más restaurantes. Una opción para mejorar lo anterior es que su chef tuviera sazón y bajaran un poco sus precios porque no son platillos gourmet. A los baños de la alberca les falta limpieza y el wifi se interrumpe mucho.

La habitación , solo que en el spa se tenía al lado a personas con bocinas a todo volumen y no lo disfruté , esa área no se debería permitir ese ruido porque rompen la armonía del servicio

Dejaron el aire puesto, que estaba mal, y nosotros no pusimos en ningún momento e inundaron la habitación y el equipaje se mojó todo. Nunca se hicieron cargo de lo sucedido, nada más dijeron que presentáramos la reclamación por expedía. A día de hoy, no he tenido respuesta por su parte por la reclamación

Reserve con ellos una habitación y me lleve la sorpresa de que no se encontraba nadie en el hotel, ni contestaban las llamadas, y el hotel estaba completamente oscuro, hasta el momento ni hoteles.com ni el hotel me solucionan un reembolso. Como tal dudo mucho que opere como un Hotel

El lugar está bonito, es muuuy tranquilo y calmado, la atención del personal es excelente, muy atentos. Todo normal, se entiende que es una hacienda y todo bien, hay agua caliente, el restaurante algo carito para las porciones, pero 100% se entiende y los chilaquiles son de lo mejor. Yo muy feliz la verdad! lo único pésimooo son las almohadas, son durísimas y muy altas, no tuve ninguna noche de buen sueño :( las camas matrimoniales son muy chicas como para dos personas, el colchón es firme y cómodo, mi único tema fueron las almohadas y mi familia se quejó de lo mismo. Ocupamos 7 habitaciones.
