"There was sand on the entire floor of the apartment when we got the room( they were super friendly I could have asked them to clean it, but I didn't) and the temperature of the water in the shower would fluctuate from cold to hot it would not stay at one temperature. Like I mentioned before the staff ..."

The Beach Pad
"This property was in a great location, allowing exploring the Rincon area. The deck area and small balcony were nice places to hang out. The kitchenette area was appreciated. We had an issue with the a/c, but the host was very responsive in getting it resolved."
