"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

" Check in by Fiona was pathetic and unwelcoming as we travelled a long flight for 2 days and the staffs at reception was not helpful at all and Fionas tone of voice was not welcoming at all and kept asking me for a credit card that did not belong to us as it was a virtual card on file. None of the three staffs offered to take our 6 suitcases to our room and that broke my heart. The room was superb 👌 i had a great sleep as well. Being a Hotel General Manager and as an ex Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton Queenstown this experience to myself made me feel unwelcomed at Holiday Inn Remarkables Park. Leonel who was there during checkout was so friendly and understanding and he did apologize to me saying its a new team and they are improving their services. I really loved the property and the room overall. Hope this wont happen to any other guest in future. I Will also put this on trip Advisor as well."
