We certainly strive to to provide our best for each and every guest and I am sorry that we fell short in this instance. The light bulbs were fixed as soon as you brought to the attention of our evening receptionist. I will certainly ensure our night team are aware of every amenity listed in the bathroom. Unfortunately, as this occurred overnight there was a delay in response, but I can assure you that as soon as we were able we had someone out to check over all facilities. Thank you for your feedback, this has been noted and serviced by the maintenance team. I was disappointed you felt the breakfast service was less than optimal and raised this with the staff, our goal is to impress on every occasion.

I have raised concerns with the guest services team around arrival procedures as we are certainly committed to providing outstanding customer service which is reflected int he majority of feedback received.
