Brookside Gem Apartments was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and quiet . Wonderful view of the lake, a short walk to the bus stop and had full amenities.

Perfect little find. We left the car here and walked in and out of Queenstown but bus stop isn’t far away also. Comfy bed and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again next visit.

The view was wonderful from the balcony and bedroom . It was very comfortable and having its own full kitchen was super. Communication was excellent especially after we had to overcome network issues prior to check in. Ray kept in touch to ensure all was running smoothly.

Location was good not far from the city, owner needs to be mindful the leave enough supplies of toilet paper etc if guest stay is more than two days. Handwashing was broken too.

The apartment is modern, clean and tidy. The view is breathtaking. Facing east. One morning we woke up early and saw an amazing sunrise with the snowy mountains. Environment is quiet. Woke up by the birds’ singing. Enjoyed the stay very much. No doubt to recommend to anyone. I will probably like to stay here again next time in Queenstown.

Fantastic apartment! Would book again!

This apartment was fantasic. To be honest, I booked it for the great price given the location, and at the time there wasn't much available as I'd left the booking a bit late. But we are on an extended vacation with many stops, and this has been one of our favourites in the whole trip. It's modern, incredibly clean, the beds are very comfortable, the view is beautiful (the drive up to the property is absolutely breathtakng), the kitchen was well equipped, there was on-site laundry accessible to only our unit, and more I'm sure I'm missing. We loved it. My kids didn't want to leave!

Good for a night or two

Not a bad place to stay for 2 nights, halfway between Frankton and Queenstown city centre. Listing and guest book could do with an update as Netflix is available but an account is not provided contrary to the guest book guide which gives username and pw that dont work. Raised several things with host re netflix account, some black stuff coming out of bathroom tap, lastly the fridge made quite a loud and annoying noise intermittently seemed to go for a period of time and then stop, it could be heard from the main bedroom which was quite annoying. Sent through photos and videos, host response was they dont provide netflix and its not a hotel so services differ from a hotel. No response to the black stuff from the tap. Thought the overall outcome in response to issues raised were sub par. Hopefully they review the items raised otherwise not a bad place to stay, has the basics.
