A very well appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Queenstown. Especially the parking on-site. A 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town, but nice a quiet for a good night’s sleep.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place (the first time was before they changed their named from Blackrock Apartment). Still loving how spacious and clean it is. However, this time round I didn't drive, and it was quite a pain to roll my luggages up from the bus stop as the apartments are located up the hill. Also this time I stayed at the one-bedroom apartment, which is close by the street. Compared to the two-bedroom, this one has more noise from the street. Though overall it is situated at the quieter part of the neighbourhood.

We just loved our stay here, the welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. The position was perfect. The apartment clean and had all we needed. We cooked in the kitchen which had good facilities. We will be back again, thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a few nights stay! The area Was very quiet and it was a short downhill walk into Queenstown and to check in for all the activities we had booked. The apartment was spacious and airy. We left something behind when we left and the owners contacted us as soon as they discovered this and have offered to post the item to our home in the UK. Truly great service, and thank you again for sorting this out!! 😊

Amazing views of Queenstown from the balcony. Quiet location. The apartment is very well equipped with everything that you need. Even filtered water tap. Nice heated floors. Beds were great. Lots of places to sit and relax. Property Manager was friendly, attentive and prompt with replies. Walk to town 10-15 minutes. Easy 5 minutes walk to Holiday inn express bus stop for tour bus pick ups. Beware there are 3 sets of stairs to get to this apartment. No lifts. Difficulty getting luggages and pram up. Otherwise had an excellent and comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved that it was walking distance to the heart of Queenstown but in a quiet area. The washer/dryer was convenient. Note that the parking spots in this complex are narrow and parking a big SUV was a bit of a challenge.
