Great 3 bdrm apartment for our stay. Very conveniently located within a 10 min walk to the Queenstown CBD. Easy offstreet parking. Good communication with the operators who ensured everything was perfect

Excellent property in great condition. Close to the town (although uphill if you are walking). The house had really good cooking utilities. A huge shoutout to the excellent staff - one of which even dropped a portacot off to us on her way home in the rain. The only downside was there was a few chores we were required to complete on the way out the door (e.g. dishes, rubbish), despite being told that housekeeping were coming at 10am sharp.

The property was very modern and set on a nice quiet street. The master bed was very uncomfortable and sagged badly in the middle. The bed sheet was torn and stain when we arrived and had to contact the company, who replaced the sheet. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and there was a washing machine and dryer.

Good location , handy to town . Had good kitchen facilities , heat pump and gas fire . It does need some maintenance . The lawn area was overgrown and needed tidying up . Bedroom sliding door was seized and wouldn’t open . Kitchen tap was loose , the silicone around the bench tops wa failing , curtains wouldn’t open properly . In general it needs some overdue maintenance

We liked the proximity of the property lovely walk to town. The spaciousness of the property fitted the group that we traveled down with. Handy easy to use kitchen and all the facilities easy to use, Garden view was a little disappointing as not much garden and being a fussy gardener love my lawns mowed, but it didn't affect our stay. Thanks again for all the communication to make things easy for us, Will stay again and recommend it to family and friends :)

We had a great week long stay in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. We are a family of four and the aprtments were pefetc as a base of operations for our Central Otago holiday. The apartment (G3) was large and well equipped. Expedia advertised the apartment as inclusive of breakfast which turned out to be incorrect. We contacted Expedia NZ about this but (unsurprisingly as they have a poor record of customer interaction away from their website) they failed to respond. Despite that Stay South (who manage the apartments) honoured the inclusion and left us a ton of breakfast goodies which enabled us to self-cater. Big ups to Stay South for their integrity. The only minor issue is the apartments location up a steep hill which precluded us from walking into town due to health conditions for one family member so we drove in and parked easy enough (it's literally a 2 minute drive to town). Thoroughly recommend this complex. Cheers.

Nice modern apartment

Very nice apartment just a 10 minute walk from the city center and a lots of restaurants. The apartment is very modern, in great condition and well equipped with everything you need. Dedicated parking spot was good as a lot of cars is parked on the street. The bedroom is quite tight but manageable.The apartment doesn’t offer much of a view but as soon you leave the door you have it all anyhow.

This place was in a great location, short walk or cheap uber/taxi back to the place (uphill on the way back). Place was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed ours stay here! The only complaint we had was that someone was parked in the allocated parking spot for the unit and so we had to park on the street. That being said the company that owns the place was very responsive in trying to assist us with the parking situation. They placed a note on the car as well as ultimately went around to the units knocking on the doors until finding the person parked in the wrong spot.

Very well fitted out apartment, loved the comfy beds, and laundry facilities. Lovely heated floor in bathrooms. Probably a few too many chairs for size of the dining area, but everything else was great.

Good size and clean. On a fairly busy street so can be quite noisy. Some of the windows don’t have any coverings so headlights of the passing traffic shines into the bedroom.

Fantastic Apartment

This place was fantastic. We loved it. The room was modern, large, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also close enough to walk into town though the hill on the way back might be troublesome for some people. The off street free parking was great but we also had no problems parking in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was modern and spaces felt open and large. Bathroom was large clean and new, kitchen was very functional and had all utensils supplied and was spotless, bedroom was great. Outdoor storage was quite useful for our skiing gear, and TV and dining area was very nice. Two small criticisms: cooking every night was made rather difficult because the pan wasn't non-stick which meant we had to scrub the pan for 20 minutes + each night; and the pillows could have been better quality - they were only cheap ones and don't provide much support. However, overall we were very impressed with the facilities and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Winter Break.

We stayed in Apartment M1. Very clean and comfortable, ideal for a couple with everything you need. Washer and dryer were a bonus after two weeks of travel.Booking arrangements done online with check in via email all hassle free. Walking distance to city centre, fast unlimited wifi. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the apartment. Having just completed a 4 day trek, having access to our own washing machine /dryer was ideal. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and in great condition. The beds (and bedding) were extremely comfortable. Gas fire appreciated in the cooler weather. Off st parking was great and only a short walk into town. Will stay again.

Location was great. A short walk from the center of town but far enough to be peaceful. The apartment was new and had all the modern touches. The communication from the staff was nothing but the high level. Going out of there way to answer all my questions and help where possible.
