"the hotel is located in a great location...walking distance to the city center. The owner of the hotel is so freindly."

"The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness."

"Nice view but warmer in the living room not work well. Need driving skill to reach by car and parking"

"Great view"

"Situated in the best location, beautiful views to the lake across the road and a quick walk into town. Our 2-level apartment was spacious and had everything you need for either a short stay or longer. If we return to Queenstown, we would definitely re-book here."

"Beautiful rooms and really comfortable and quiet. A little out of the main part of town but still very close. The hosts were very friendly and made the stay quite pleasant"
