"Worst bed I have ever slept on. The TV remote was missing the back, the towels were thread bear, the inside of the door was dirty, and we booked this because it offered breakfast only to find that after we paid, we were told sorry no breakfast. I will never again book Red Roof Inn."

"The front desk clerk was great he waited up until our arrival at 1:45 am. The room reeked of cigarettes the whole time we were there (2:00am-8:00am). The bed was very hard. There was no one to talk to at the front desk when I went in to check out. The room and property is very dated. The best way to describe it is “rough around the edges”. It’s in need of a refurbish.
