"A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. "The pros: really good value for money and a very affordable single room - by far the lowest price when I was booking, highly accessible location near the connection of the two main A roads in the area, characterful ancient building with a pub and beer garden on ground floor stocking local ales, quaint village setting and public square to the front, it's not actually on the main road itself so outside noise wasn't too bad with the window open.
