"Housekeeping can probably be better, stayed last year everything was great. Shower and sink had hair in and on shower wall. Checked in later than normal so it was late for someone to clean it, we were offered another room but everyone was settled in."

"Close to airport- airport transportation provided"

"Staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices."

"Habitación amplia limpia, va más super comodas, personal excelente servicio y el desayuno rico !"

"This hotel was very charming. We loved the building itself with it's high beams and brickwork. The rooms are all set around atriums with a courtyard in the middle. Brickwork continues throughout the hotel with twinkling lights greeting you along the hallways. We even had a little enclosed patio off of our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fine, the usual fair you would expect with a "breakfast included" establishment....

"Habitación cómoda y el desayuno de primera"

"Nice hotel, nice staff, but housekeeping was poor."

"Fridge wasnt turned on and they didnt come clean only cleaned when we ended our stay. Overall the prperty was clean and the staff was nice."

"Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

"They asked for a $100.00 deposit which I never got back yet. To many shady people around and to many barking dogs."

"FAST AND PROFECIONAL SERVICE"
