"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. "Only stayed one night but for us location was excellent for visiting Corfe castle. Had dinner there and was great. The staff was very accommodating. only issue had was could not get hot water working. Would definitely stay there again. "

"A lovely winter break in a perfect location. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests during our stay, an extended family get together for a special birthday (8 people). We had four rooms for our family, good sized family room with double, single and sofa bed with nice sea peek; a twin with sea views; and two doubles, one sea view side. The hotel is a brick historic Victorian country house hotel set in a great elevated position in West Lulworth, a short stroll up from the cove....

We had an issue with our bedroom, which we spoke to the manager Simon about and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Although the pub was really really busy he found a workaround that was brilliant and meant we enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. "This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. "
