โรงแรมซาฟารีใน Punta Cana

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The 24/7 shuttle to YUL Airport was also very convenient. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Pointe-Claire Village with great walkable restaurants"

"The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

"What a Wonderful Stay, I could live there forever. The room immaculate and spacious. The front desk staff is The most professional and accommodating I have ever met especially Jonel. They go above and beyond, Cap Cana, although no crowds whatsoever, is so beautiful, the marina views from this hotel and the sunset is breathtaking. We rented a golf cart for the day and had the time of our lives. We also enjoyed the pools very much, we felt we were walking the streets of Europe, very safe and...

"La comida fatal , hotel bello y las chorreras perfecto necesita cambio de menú gracias esperaré un año para volver a visitarlo"

"Todo hotel 5 estrellas"

"Just Book it. You will love the vibe at Hyatt Vivid. It’s our 3rd visit to Punta Cana & our first time here. This resort opened in August & the entire team is focused on ensuring their guests have a great vacation! And they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish we had an exceptional vacation. Check in was smooth as we sipped on our welcome drink. Lia was friendly while explaining the resort offerings & showed us the resort app. Jorge, luggage attendant, gave us the initial resort tour,...

"Pool was nice"

"Generally 7-Star! What I did not like was the constant music blaring through the lawn speakers from noon to 5pm. If people like that music, keep it to places where you can expect it, not everywhere on the property. You cannot nap in the afternoon because low-frequency bass and drumbeats hit your eardrums. We city folks like the sound of the waves and gentle breeze instead."

"As good as expected!"

"We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

"An outstanding stay! 🔝 From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with...
