Eveyln has a beautiful property and I will stay there again when I return. She has done a superb job renovating the house and it is very comfortable. The shared kitchen was very clean. Five stars!

Punta Arenas - stay at Hostal Buenavista Patagonia

We had a comfortable room (#3) with a great view of the city. This is a small hostal, very quiet and a short 15 minute walk to downtown. The room was cleaned and beds made every day around 11am. The owner Evelyn was very helpful to us. We were pleased with our stay.

Great communication! Tidy and clean, this hostel is well designed and efficient. Up on a ridge, the view from the deck is beautiful. Breakfast is simple and healthy and they make up a Togo bag for early tours. I would stay here again.

Safe, relaxed, clean, comfortable

I highly recommend! I’m travelling solo and felt safe, relaxed, warm & comfortable. The host was friendly, rooms modern & ultra clean, breakfast & coffee delicious! Bed was comfortable and amenities perfect. It is a little walk from the centre of town (10 min) which was perfect for me but up on a hill so maybe not great if you have mobility issues. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Nice and small hostal with great views

Nice hostal with only 4 rooms which makes it very quite. It has a nice view indeed (so the name „Buenavista“ is quite fitting). Good kitchen appliances which can be used by guests. Clean room and good private bathroom. Close to walk to the city center. When we had an early day trip, the host prepared us a small breakfast to go, which was nice. She also organized a taxi to the airport, which was a great help.

I was surprised breakfast was not included. It was when booking, then it was not in the contract detail. It is a good hostel, kind attention but clearly overpriced. No idea what they mean by “design room”.
