"I had a very nice stay. Hotel and food was exceptional. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient. I will be staying there again when i visit Surabaya. "

"On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do. "

"Vasa Hotel is very clean and has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. The decorations were always on point and added to the overall elegant feel of the hotel. As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, but everything I had was delicious with a good variety of options. I didn’t use the spa or the gym, though I did see the gym facilities and they looked very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. "Interior and exterior need a new paint. Toilet amenities a little poor . Fittings in toilet bolts and nuts need tightening . Got an iron delivered but no ironing board . There were at least 4 tapes around the cable, and wire were exposed and may caused danger ? For the price, cannot complaint but would pay a little more for that extra comfort. Will not be back unfortunately ."
