Not worth of cost considering facility. Room service are not providing service after 10.30pm so you need finish meals before time else sleep hungry.

Location is not the best, but good hotel - relatively new.

Suggestions

Suggestions:- 1. Complementary water bottle was restricted to 01 each room, which was not understood. For a couple at least 02 bottles may be provided. 2. There was no guidance/ ready reckoner from hotel staff regarding places to see at Lonavala. 3. Hotel entrance need lot of improvement, at first instance it looks like we did a mistake. Reception area is sad. 4. Dining hall was literally smelling (though it was cleaned but due to poor ventilation). Though rooms are well maintained n cozy. But compare to other cities (Sarovar Portico), Lonavala is not that good. 5. At least 15 times supply got cut view some power switch was tripping again and again. (I guess it's a one time issue). Thanks I am a big fan of Sarovar Portico and always prefer it over other options but in lonavala I will look for other options :(

Very bad old kind of a hotel

Sarover portico is a brand but Lonavala portico is most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. It is highly over priced. The room condition was too bad, smelling . Worst part is even at 12.30 at night I was ready to change hotel but our reservation was non cancellable. I will never stay in that hotel again

Stay at Sarovar Portico

The stay was good. Staff were very cordially. Love to stay with my family members during next visit to Lonavala. Calm and no noise pollution near the hotel.

WORTH VISITING FOR A NIGHT

A VERY NICE SMALL HOTEL, WITH PEACEFUL SURROUNDING, GREENERY MAINTAINED,WELL MANICURED GARDEN SMALL KID AREA, SMALL BUT VERY NEAT SWIMMING POOL, CAROM NEEDS POLISHING, BREAK FAST AND LUNCH WAS VERY TESTY. LIMITED VEG VARIETY. ROOMS ARE HUGE AND WITH LAVISH BALCONY TO ENJOY THE NATURE.

Great place to chill out for weekend

Hotel is located at 2 min drive from the Lonavala market. The hotel is well built and maintained, it had a swimming pool, spa and a restaurant too. The food was very very good and breakfast was complementary, during our stay at the hotel we never went to any other place and spent the entire weekend in the hotel itself.

Great experience and a nice place for relaxation during the week end . It would be a nice place to visit during the summer during the summer vacation. food is good and very economical

Overall average experience.

Hotel is a 2 storey building. Facilties are averagr. Swimming pool doesnt seem to be well maintained. Staff service is slow especially in restaurant. Hotel doesn't have a lift and would be a problem for the elederly. If you need a night to stay,and you dont expect alot, this is a hotel for you.

Not so good value for money

We stayed there for one night...its a small property but they have tried to fit in almost all possible facilities there...so the space constraint is felt everywhere...Food is pretty costly...rooms are clean but we had to ask for the towels in the bathrooms...overall its an ok stay for a night.

Good value for money

This is a small resort which has decent rooms. The approach road was difficult, with not even a single signboard on the way. The rooms are large but the bathrooms are very small. The pool is small too but OK for kids to splash around. The food is pretty OK and reasonably priced. Overall a decent holiday without burning a hole in your wallet.

nice hotel

the hotel is away from pollution. tvs are antiquated and need to be replaced. surprisingly the counter guy insisted on charging for milk even though we told him that we had not ordered any and he had no trust in us. apparently he trusted the peon and chaprasi more than his mother and Mr Merchant and drinking water is charged for no reason whatsover. if i stay in the hotel, i am entitled for free drinking water atleast this time the service was bad usually it is good but this time it was awful, i suggest that the manager spend some time at the counter specially when clients are checking out . hotel with on panoramic view

Very bad experience . Incorrect informations given by Expedia . Booking was done for Superior room with double bed but we were given executive room with 2single beds to be joined together.the staffs were not bothered because the booking was done online , hence they don't have any responsibility.

Decent hotel but expensive

Checked into the hotel for a 1night stay with wife, 1yr old son and in laws. Breakfast buffet was part of the deal else you need to pay approx Rs 175+ taxes (Idli, Poha, Sambar, Upma, cut fruits, fresh juice and and eggs to order along with white/brown bread) but its completely worth it. However, I did not find lunch buffet attractive since for Rs350+taxes it had just 1 non veg dish and limited spread of veg dishes. About the staff, they are very friendly and take care of all your needs. Spa was decent (full body massage @ Rs 1000). Recreation was limited other than swimming pool and carrom board. Would urge the management to add some more indoor games considering lot of ppl visit Lonavla during monsoon. Also price charged for rooms were a bit high for this type of resort since I ended up paying more than 10K for 2rooms and 1 night stay after discount
