"This is the worst place I have stayed. And I travel a lot and am not picky. The receptionist/owner of the hotel was very rud. "This is a budget hotel useful for overnight stays during longer roadtrips. Unfortunately, in my case the hotel sold one of the two rooms I booked to another person before I arrived, so my family was left stranded and had to look for another place at 10pm. Not great."

"Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes!"
