"BILL was amazing. Thank you bill for your kindness and professionalism. Things not related to bill. The pool was pretty dirty as well as the hot tub. I have seen worse, however. The breakfast was supposed to go till 9am or 10. either way, we got there 40 mins before breakfast time was over and there was only 1 hot thing available to eat, initially there was a few other things. a big vat of soft potatoes with a couple scrambled eggs was left. If breakfast doesn't actually go as long as the time allotted, you should let your customers know so they can get their earlier. most ppl dont want to get up that early for breakfast so most of us arrived in that last hr and nothing was left pretty much. was sad. nice that they serve it at all. but just give more accurate info! Room was VERY clean. :)"

"We stayed one night before dropping our daughter off at U of I. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest and common area could have used a little more upkeep as far as wiping things down. Otherwise we had a good experience!"

"This is obviously an older hotel but has been very well maintained. Liked the electronic locks, no keys needed. You get a code when you check in to unlock the door and to check out you just open the curtains and leave."

"I've stayed previously at this property. Unfortunately, it seemed the hot tub was out of order during our visit. Also they used to have hot breakfast. I saw a sign that said coming soon. Microwave breakfast sandwiches and waffles were available. The rooms were clean, however it feels like some of the items are starting to get old. Very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. And the compressor on the mini fridge is somewhat loud."

"Beautiful room and great bed. Huge TV with Roku. Friendly staff and free drink on arrival. Free breakfast is an oatmeal bar. If you like oatmeal, you’ll love it. Oatmeal could have been hotter. Pop Tarts at breakfast also. Great location downtown, either a wonderful cafe around the corner."
