Our stay at the Hotel du Chateau made our visit to Carcassone a pure pleasure. "

"We stayed Saturday to Tuesday. The restaurant and bar were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays which was disappointing - The roof top bar area had an incredible view of the castle but we didn’t get chance to sit there - otherwise I would have given a higher score"
