"A fairly mixed experience. It was easy to check in and out, but other than that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. At one point I realized, by observing another guest interact with the front desk, that maybe I could’ve left my key with them when I went out, but they were almost never there when I left or came back, so not quite sure how well that would have worked anyway.
