La estancia fue buena, solo tuvimos inconveniente porque la regadera no funcionaba y nos la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente porque no había nadie en turno para hacerlo

No nos respetaron la reserva de parte de hoteles.c

Llegamos el jueves 20 de febrero por la tarde noche con el número de reservación confirmada por hoteles.com y al llegar al hotel hacienda flamencos en el puerto de san Blas Nayarit Nos dijeron que con esa operadora no trabajaban y que allí no teníamos registrado ninguna reservación y que tenían todo lleno así que buscáramos otro hotel cerca Para nosotros fue muy incómodo porque veníamos de más de 7 horas de camino Que falta de atención en la calidad y respeto por nosotros
Nota no fue posible utilizar las instalaciones por la razón previamente descrita

Compromised stay

The problem with this Stay is that there is major construction going on in the town and immediately surrounding the Hotel. Parking is very difficult and access to the hotel also compromised.

The location was good, the hotel history was impressive and the stay was ok. The garden view was nice, but we needed earplugs, which i forgot to bring, because of the frogs singing all night. The rooms were not cleaned all that great, dirty floors and bathrooms, but the bedding was fresh.

At the time of the check in, We did nit get the type of too. I reserved and paid for. I made a reservation fir a single king size bed. The front desk lady said they did not have that type of room, and that the web page was incorrect (give me a break) My guess is that they sell the rooms for more $ even when they know is already reserved. We finally got a room with 2 beds, I told her that we were stay only one night, and that she will charge fir ONE NIGHT ONLY. Right there and then she stated she could get us the type of room we reserved until the next day. Certainly a disappointing experience.
