"This is my 4th time at this hotel and Im sad to say it might be my last. This hotel used to be a wonderful and lovely place and it felt high-end but it needs smart modernizing. The restaurant menus are lacking and dated. The rooms, in the surface, look pristine but there are hard water stains, unvacuumed carpet and a coffee maker that cannot be plugged in. Its just not worth the price and it is incredibly pricey. "
"Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication to Hilton’s attention, they basically replied “So sad, too bad.” "
Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham
2/10 Terrible
"The staff talking too loud and blast music from their phone while am trying to rest they left me without a toilet paper they was a stain on the pillow case and the smells on the Confort wasn’t fresh they put me on room 42 which every time someone use the door that bring you to breakfast area then my room door shakes am not sure why I have videos and pictures if you want… I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but speak to them because I know communication is importing in the right tone…also try to put a air freshener in hallway bathroom is was clean but not the smell ok I hope this can make it difference have a blessed day"
"The facility was very nice, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was friendly. However, the hotel is very close to the airport, and the noise level is extremely loud. Sometimes the smell of jet fuel overwhelmed us at the pool. The free breakfast was ok, but the offerings are not the same you would expect in the U.S. The daily credits given for the hotel store and bar/restaurant have to be used daily and often there is no one at the bar and the food comes on island time so don't be in a rush. If you smell barbeque wafting in at the pool, it is the kitchen cooking wings for the bar."
