"The room itself and the hole place is beautifull. With a lot of decorations. The stuff was very nice and helpfull. Things to improve: The shower wasnt very good. Water presure was low. I was there 2 days. They didnt come to change the towels and make the room at the first day noon."

"It's a great hotel. We stayed in the new Ocean Wing (the latest addition) and it has fantastic views on the ocean. Great Japanese Cave Bar on the rooftop, along with a Spa and Gym. Great. On the other hand... The rooms (in the Ocean Wing) are quite new and looks like they were built in a hurry. The showers had leaks, the bathroom doors had gaping glares in them and did not close. It also took a solid five minutes to find all the switches for the lights. Lifts were also a bit random. In summary; Fantastic place. Food is of the highest quality. Great views, great gardens. Great bars. Just a bit of workmanship to be rectified before it's perfect."

"Everything was clean and ready for us and everyone one there was very nice and helpful any way they could whether that be for our info about amenities or tours near by or food and activities around absolutely loved the stay 100/100 would recommend anyone to stay at they also have great food in the hotel and airport shuttle again everyone one there was amazing from the door man, room service , front desk , and restaurant waitress/ bartenders first time out of country for me and my wife and makes us want to travel move and come back again and again"
