IT'S A TRAAAP!!

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! IT'S A TRAAAP!! When we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that the room is under renovation and they are fully booked. I'm trying to refund my money but i receive nothing. Even hotels.com is trying to contact the owner but there is no response.
