When we arrived, the lady and her husband said there were no rooms available, offered us alcohol and asked if she could bring us to another pension house. We decided to check it out. She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia.

Great place for backpackers
The hotel is located in the center of Sabang Beach in Palawan. Good value for low budget. Sabang Beach is run by generators that come online 18:00 PM and run to 06:00 AM, so that’s the time you will have lights, air conditioning and charging opportunities in your room. You will be sharing your room with cute and cool geckos who help out with keeping the room mosquito free. Ants and other bugs will visit your room, but that’s normal in this area. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is no heated water for the shower, but that’s fine as you will appreciate a refreshing shower after the heat. Plenty of restaurants and small shops in the area. Be sure to bring cash as there are no ATMs in the area.
Luckily I only stayed there one night, (I didn't sleep) unfortunately I booked one night because I had no alternative. Noisy air conditioning, incredible humidity in the room. The electricity came and went. Power plugs only behind the bed. No wifi. Everything floods when you use it. Toilet about 30 cm from the wall. Ants everywhere (even in the bed). Dirty walls, broken floor and fan above the bed which hasn't been cleaned for a long time!
Place was tucked away but easy to find. The gentleman who checked us in was nice. The rooms are very basic but comfortable. Aircon was a plus. It’s very close to everything. Would stay here again

Budget, but OK.
Budget stay with cold shower, but good location near the pier.
Needs som nice lightening in the room. For example a reading light.
Friendly man who owns the place.
I didnt even stay. I checked in only to later discover they had no power until after 6PM and that was a maybe. No fans, no AC... I was a sweat box, significantly hotter than outside.

The staff is great. The power outages or assignment as per turn off and on we’re not indicated in the property listing. Only Daluyon and Sheridan- 4 star hotels do have 24/7 power coverage in Sabang area as shared by the personnel in-charge.
