Playa y alberca muy lejos de el hotel. Antes de agarrar cuarto pedí cancelación ya que supe que no era el lugar adecuado para mi familia y la verdad moldeada colgó mi llamada y luego de varios intentos se negó a ayudarme. Otra persona me llamo después de eso a lo que se negó a cancelar mi habitación después de decirle porque no me había gustado su instalación. Muy groseros y pésimo servicio.

En general la estadía buena un lugar con mucho futuro sin embargo en mi opinión deberían de capacitar más a su personal del área de front desk en tema de atención a clientes. En el contrato hay varias cláusulas en una de ellas indica salida después de las 11:00 am genera un cargo de 50dlls a menos que se llegue a un acuerdo. Recibí una llamada a las 11:15am preguntando si realizaría mi salida el por lo cual les comenté que si que estaba subiendo mis pertenencias al carro por lo que la recepción en un todo molesto me comentó que fuera lo más pronto posible para que no corriera mas tiempo. A las 11:21 fui a relanzar mi salida por lo que la recepcionista Yazmin que además no cuenta con ni un poco de amabilidad me comentó que por ese tiempo me realizaría el cargo de 50dlls. Lo cual me sorprendió ya que en mi experiencia siendo huesped de varios lugares utilizan el criterio. A lo que claro estoy consiente que excedí un tiempo de 21 min por lo cual no me parecía el cobro, Yazmin se mostró en su postura queriéndome cobrar en una manera no grata es aquí cuando comento deberían tener un mejor trato al huésped. Pedí hablar con el gerente a lo que me comentó había salido y no estaba , le pedí hablar con un encargado a lo que me contesto que ya me había dicho que no estaba, por ser un complejo de este ramo deberían de contar con un gerente , sub gerente o personal a cargo en ausencia de uno de estos. Considero la llamada de cortesía la pueden hacer 10:55 y no 15 minutos después.

Sweet place with reasonable rates, friendly staff, nice amenities…but an odd beach situation. You have to walk a long way to get to the water depending on tides, and then it's too shallow to swim. Still, the exposed tidal flats are unique and beautiful, with excellent birding and sunset watching. Restaurant is excellent.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful! Many fun amenities to enjoy when the tide is far out. The restaurant is great and the tuna tartare was amazing. Overall for the price it exceeded expectations.

It’s very far from the downtown area and it’s a bit of a hassle to drive to and from town a 25 minute drive and also the pools are not heated and the jaccuzi they have there is super full with nothing but children And the prices for food and drinks are ridiculous pricey on just one meal for 5 it was $105.00 dollars and for about 6 drinks $80.00 dollars ridiculous

Es un tipo fraccionamiento privado donde tienen unos departamentos que esos son los que se rentan a través de la plataforma , pero al reservar uno tiene acceso a todos los beneficios . Playa privada , albercas , gimnasio , y lo más padre muchos juegos todos incluidos : kayacs , billar , Ping Ping , futbolito , canchita de fútbol , y te prestan todos los accesorios y juguetes .

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere! The staff was so great front gate keeps people that shouldn’t be there off property. The beach is beautiful and clean with plenty of space to not have to be next to others. Food was great Carlos served us at the upstairs bar and he was very friendly will be going back soon as possible. I didn’t take my kids but I will be as soon as I can this resort is very safe quiet and everyone is so pleasant. 10/10 I’ll be going here every time I visit!

The chef at the restaurant is outstanding, the presentation was unbelievable you hated to eat it it looks so pretty, the servers they were excellent very attentive, very professional made you feel like you were extra special and the food is outstanding

My partner and I did not stay at this property for more than one hour. The pictures did not match the property at all. There was no beach. Sad about this experience and feel as though it was a waste of money. Only decent thing about this place is that the staff was pretty nice.

I didn't like parking. I stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get cleaned, I was locked out of my room before my check out, other than that everything was good, food was good but cold. Everyone was so nice specilay Mario in the reception area and Uriel in the office. I would definitely go back.

Christmas at Laguna Shores
Second time staying at Laguna Shores. Stayed in the two story studio. Main pool was closed due to remodeling. However, studio area had a small pool as well. Resort restaurant was very good. Try the Tostada de Atún.
