"Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel."

"Good location, clean and comfortable. No elevator for guests but only for your bags. You can find good restaurants, big and small supermarkets, and shops around the hotel."

The included breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed with very helpful staff. My wife and I ran the Patagonia International Marathon and this was right next to the official race hotel so it was very convenient. Also, it was very close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. "This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly."
