Dear customer, we deeply regret what has happened with your reservation. We let you know that we did not have a record of your reservation. We thought that by mistake this was addressed to keoken in Punta Arenas and not to keoken in Puerto Natales. We inform you that the confirmation of your reservation was made by an online system, not by us. We have been in our business for 10 years and we would never stop attending to a client for simple pleasure. Fortunately, in Puerto Natales, steps from our Hotel there are more than 170 accommodations. For us the important thing is that you could quickly find accommodation in front of our hotel at the suggestion of the same taxi driver who told us what happened the next day.
