"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. "Beautiful and nice property, staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the hotel double charged property fees and it took our entire trip to get a refund after they gave us the run around. There is a bit of a smell and the beach area doesn’t look like the photos. Lots of sand bars and sargassum. Also a bit far from Cancun, took about an hour each way to get to any excursion we did."
