Cozy stay, good location

We stayed at Residencial Los Pinos for one night to see the Iguazú falls. The hotel is a short drive away from the park (20-25 minutes) and there are good restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The owners/staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful and the place was comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

It's a great place to stay! It's quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and eager to help. There's a Western Union right around the corner (opens at 15:00). It's a ten minute walk to center. The best part is the lovely cat!

The charge me $7 more than Expedias Price, there were cockroaches in the room, water heater doesn’t work and it was a complete mess, no sound proof rooms you can hear everything that’s happening in the next door

Spazio sporco con luce tolta per lunghi periodi durante il giorno, doccino con nastro adesivo e fili elettrici scoperti, acqua fredda. Personale gentile, ma serve a poco quando tutta la struttura è sporca, fatiscente e indecente.

Demoramos muito no check inn, uma hora ou mais… Tudo porque, apesar de ter feito e ter recebido a confirmação da reserva, para um casal em quarto quadruplo, não reembolsável, surpreendentemente, o Sr Lucas, que não estava no local, se negava a aceita-la, disse ser o Hoteis.com um site intervional, que não mais trabalhava com ele e insistia, ao telefone com a recepcionista, que a reserva estava errada, que eu tinha que cancela-la, o que não era possível, e pagar um valor maior, de quarto quádruplo!!! Com isto, nosso check inn demorou muiiito, mais de uma hora, até convecê-lo de que se havia problemas com os preços disponibilizados esses problemas não eram meus, que cabia a ele adequa-los… E ainda tive que pagar em especie o valor da diaria…. Além desse stress, tem-se que, apesar de, externamente o residencial se apresentar interessante, internamente, há muito mau gosto na arrumação, desconforto e muita improvisação… como cortinas mau colocadas que não vedam a luz do sol, colchão que afunda no meio, tubulações de descarga amarradas com sacolas plásticas e vedadas com pano enfiado no cano….. Honestamente, acho que precisam melhorar bastante o que oferecem para chegarem a um nível que possa ser considerado como minimamente bom!
