I am not sure how to evaluate this place. The Lodges where we were placed first was a terrible place, full with all type of insects and spiders. The people at the hotel were very gentle and took care immediately of our request for a change of room, and moved us the the main hotel, which was really nice. I have bad things and good things to say about this hotel

Cero recomendable, se fué la luz, nadié respondió en los teléfonos, no hay servicio de comida. Nos quedamos atrapados porque como no había luz, no abría el porton eléctrico, tuvimos que brincarnos para poder salir. Pésimo lugar

Todo muy bien. La recepcion muy amables. El desayuno rico. La cabaña muy bonita y gon todos los extras . El unico pero que le pongo es que podrian llevar el equipaje de la recepcion a las cabañas .

RÚSTICO, CONFORTÁVEL E CHARMOSO

Lugar rústico, confortável, agradável, com muita privacidade e extremamente charmoso. Ideal para casais. Arborização e decoração de muito bom gosto. Não há serviços, com exceção da arrumação diária. Está dentro da cidade mas, ao mesmo tempo, tem muita privacidade. Não dá vontade de sair de lá. Um sonho!!!

Nice stay at the Raices cabins

Stayed in the cabins - very nice and spacious! Very quiet as well which was appreciated. They provide a light breakfast in the cabins which is a good way to start the day. Note you have to check in at the main hotel and they then drive you the 50m to the cabins.

Beautiful lodges

This hotel is a little out of town but the lodges are beautiful, well equipped. However it should be noted that there is no reception at this hotel, you have to check in across the road. There is no details anywhere to tell you this.

Não fique nas cabanas, é longe e ruim.

A estrutura do hotel é bela e grandiosa, porém, acabamos ficando na estrutura das cabanas que são espaçosas e bonitas, porém fora do hotel, é necessário deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel e sair caminhando pela avenida até chegar no local onde ficam as cabanas e então caminhar pelo espaço interno que tem calçamento com paralelepípedos mal nivelados (virar o pé neles ao caminhar a noite é uma delicia, salto então, esqueça). O café da manhã é saboroso. O wifi era péssimo, não funcionava no quarto da cabana, só na sala.

Patetico trato del gerente!!!!

Nos fue horrible. El gerente un señor totalmente desagradable jamas nos pidio disculpas por los incovenientes que tuvimos. La primer noche luego de estar todo el dia afuera, al irnos a bañar no habia presion de agua, ni tampoco temperatura. Estuvimos una hora y media para que nos arreglaran el desperfecto. Al dia siguiente no podiamos ingresar a la cabaña (estábamos en el Lodge) y hasta el front desk hay que caminar aproximadamente 200 metros, y tuve que ir tres veces porque las tarjetas no funcionaban. Amen de eso, descubrimos que una ventana de la habitación estaba abierta, y solicite que alguien me acompañara para ver si había algo adentro que no estuviera en orden, luego de discutir con el gerente, se digno a acompañarme y no solamente habian dejado abierta la ventana, sino que tambien la tarjeta puesta con lo cual si hubiera ingresado alguien la alarma jamas hubiera sonado. Al dia de la fecha sigo esperando la respuesta de lo sucedido...No tienen la menor idea de lo que es el trato al pasajero, tener que preguntarle usted me esta escuchando lo que le digo? y por respuesta recibir, si señora, tengo dos oidos, el problema es que mis orejas no se mueven..De hecho decidimos irnos esa misma noche en vez de la mañana siguiente. La cabaña muy bonita, pero no tiene ni cortinas black out, ni espejo..items casi de rigor en cualquier hotel. Aun espero una disculpa y la devolucion del dinero de la noche abonada Las fotos de la piscina distan totalmente de la realidad.

Privacidade e romantismo

Ficamos em um dos lodges, ele fica em uma área a 200 M do hotel, bem completo, limpo, cama super confortável, ar condicionado potente, a cabana possui uma sala de estar com uma mini cozinha (louças como copos, taças e talheres) microondas e frigobar. O banheiro não possui banheira como descrito no anúncio e o chuveiro estava ruim, tinha pressão mas a água não saia direito pela ducha e sim pelas laterais, mas estava limpo com toalhas extras, secador bom e kit higiene pessoal bem completo. O lugar tem bastante privacidade e é entre a natureza, bem romântico. Tem uma espécie de sala de apoio com 2 sofás/ cama que podem acomodar crianças. O único porém é a necessidade de se deslocar para a área do hotel onde estão as outras atrações, porém a piscina que está na foto não é a mesma, como fomos em uma época fria não utilizamos, só fomos para o café da manhã. Não conhecemos o restaurante porém ele estava bem movimentado na noite que chegamos e os preços são atrativos. Nos deixaram sair às 11 hrs da manhã no check out. No geral custo beneficio muito bom, voltaremos com certeza.

A bit run down but nice pool area

Carnaval was happening so sleep couldn't start until 3am as main concert area just 100m from hotel and the whole town was there Could have been a nicer stay if staff were better or friendlier but only bright spots were the pool and a great Italian restaurant (De La Fonte) a short walk away
