The hotel is deceiving. The frontage doesn’t look a hotel it’s more like a house but there’s a small building at the back which probably is where other rooms are. Book a room with patio but they gave us a backpackers room. Breakfast is poor. Overall bad hotel.

Tivemos um problema, mais resolveram de imediato.
Me colocaram em um quarto que nao era o que eu tinha reservado. Ele era pequeno, com uma cama de casal pequena e com uma beliche, como era uma noite só que ficariamos dava oara relevar, porém ligamos o ar condicionado e como eu e minha esposa temos renite, foi questão de minutos para começarmos a passar mal, verificamos o ar condicionado e ele estava bem sujo... então solicitei a mudança no quarto e foi atendido imediatamente. O quarto que fomos fica no prédio após a piscina, o quarto é amplo, o ar condicionado estava ok o banheiro era grande com duas pias e por este quarto e pelo café da manhã que também foi muito bom, estamos avaliando. Se fosse pelo primeiro quarto a avaliação seria menos que 1 estrela.

Precisam melhorar!
Inicialmente, não disponibilizaram um apartamento / quarto conforme havia reservado (para dois adultos e 2 crianças). Acabamos colocando um colchão no chão para resolver. Também só havia um funcionário durante o final de semana.... para pedidos, orientações etc. Por fim, durante a madrugada acabou a energia no hotel e ficamos algumas horas em um calor terrível e sem com muitos pernilongos.
