"For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico "

"Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service."

"Great decor and design. Great vibe from the staff and super helpful. The gym on the rooftop is great, the food options are delicious, but wished the included breakfast would include some eggs or some type of protein. Good location, but you will have to walk a bit in the heat to get to other restaurants or the beach. Workspace was great, just wished the WiFi would work better in the rooms since sometimes it was too hot to work outside. It was nice that they provided mosquito repellent for everyone-you'll need it. The pool is cold and refreshing. Great stay!"

"Pros: the AC was great, location close to good restaurants, good price. Cons: walls paper thin, took a long time to get hot water. Our room was ready at 12pm, but they wanted to charge us $350 pesos to go in before the check-in time at 3pm. It gave me the vibe that the front desk girl and cleaning lady wanted to pocket this money for themselves because I saw them whispering to each other after I declined their offer."

"We had minor issue with the neighbourhood dogs in that they were quite yappy. Nothing really the hotel could do about that but better than sirens. "
