"Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel TOP. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen. Das Essensbuffet ist riesig und sehr gut. Vor allem, da es jeden Abend ein anderes Thema wie "Italienischer Abend" gibt und somit auch ein wenig Abwechslung zum normalen Buffet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem Gabriel hat uns sehr viel weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. "The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. "The hotel was excellent for a family holiday. Wonderful food and facilities. Modern, clean and friendly. The walk to the centre of town was short and there was a shop very local for any bits extra you need. An absolutely fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended."

"Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. "
